888fd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "888fd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://888fd.lat, operating under an internationally issued gaming license.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an 888fd account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the 888fd platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's 888fd Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus PKR amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited directly by the Player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT, or any other supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which participation in online gambling activities is illegal under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 888fd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the 888fd platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact 888fd support to arrange account closure.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an 888fd account, you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 888fd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• Not have a currently active self-exclusion in place on the 888fd platform or have been permanently excluded.

888fd reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) 888fd account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances within them.

When registering your 888fd account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number or passport number, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888fd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 888fd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your 888fd account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 888fd support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 888fd may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 888fd platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply for each payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your 888fd account.

Deposit processing times: Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 888fd Wallet in real time or within a few minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 888fd promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds are converted to Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Only bets placed with Real Money Funds count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 888fd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including through arbitrage betting, minimum-risk betting strategies intended to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other Players — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their accounts reviewed for closure.
• A Player may only claim each 888fd promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Betting Rules & Game Settlement

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and lottery outcomes on the 888fd platform are final once officially settled by the platform. Settlement is conducted in accordance with the specific rules for each product, which are detailed within the relevant sections of the 888fd platform.

For cricket and PSL betting specifically, the following general rules apply:

• Match and tournament results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the competition (e.g., PCB for PSL matches, ICC for international fixtures).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, 888fd will apply its standard void rules as described in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• In-play bets accepted after the occurrence of the event being bet on — due to data feed delays — may be voided at 888fd's discretion.
• 888fd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a system error or human error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888fd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating, operating, or having access to more than one 888fd account.
• Using the 888fd platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not approved by 888fd.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 888fd platform for personal financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the 888fd platform.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, particularly in live dealer games where collusion may affect outcomes for other participants.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 888fd support staff or other players.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or using a stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment method to deposit funds.

9 Responsible Gaming

888fd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. 11 Limitation of Liability

The 888fd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888fd excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

888fd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from betting decisions, technical interruptions, payment processing delays, or third-party system failures.

In no event shall 888fd's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that Player's 888fd Wallet at the time the claim arose. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

888fd's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the 888fd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fd holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
